Giovedì 24 Aprile 2008 alle ore 17, 00 a Castelbolognese (RA) presso Aula Consiliare Comunale, IUTA ed  ETHICSPORT  organizzano il I Convegno IUTA 2008: “Strategie di Alimentazione Integrata nell’ Ultramaratona"

Verranno toccati diversi interessanti argomenti in ambito running ed ultrarunning finalizzati al miglioramento della performance. Lo scopo della serata è di trasmettere informazioni e consigli su una corretta alimentazione, allenamento ed integrazione.

Seguirà un dibattito a domande aperte e curiosità sul tema.

Su richiesta e previa iscrizione dei partecipanti verrà rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione.
