HOW TO BUY ONLINE

Registered user:

1. Access to your account clicking on MY ETHICSPORT > LOG IN and insert your e-mail and password.
2. Choose the products of your interest in the Online Shop and add them to the shopping cart clicking on the “BUY NOW” button.
3. Once you have chosen all the products, click on the cart icon you find on top of page to display the cart content and, in case, change it. Click on “Checkout” and then on “NEXT”.
4. Choose your shipping address and click on “NEXT”.
5. Select the method of payment and in case add a note to your order. Then click on “NEXT” to view your order summary. To complete your purchase, click on “Confirm purchase”.
6. Once the procedure is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your purchase.

Unregistered user:

1. Click on MY ETHICSPORT > SIGN UP fill in the registration form and send it clicking on “SIGN UP”.
2. Once your registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your access data and you will be automatically logged in to the website. Now you will be able to purchase products following the procedure described above.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Orders placed on www.ethicsport.it can be paid with:

• Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express)
• PayPal

Credit Card

Payments with Credit Card are made on a secure server via an HTTPS protocol with TLS encryption. With this system, all your credit card details are transmitted directly to the bank with a secure, encrypted connection. Nobody here at ES Italia S.r.l. or on the Internet can access to your credit card details, neither when transmitting such details, nor afterwards.


PayPal

PayPal is a secure and free service for online payments, which enables anyone with an e-mail address to make or receive payments. By selecting this method of payment, you will be directed to the PayPal website and if you already have a PayPal account, you will only have to authorize the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you will only have to sign up (for free) and insert your credit card or prepaid card details, before authorizing the payment.

RETURNS
You may cancel your purchase contract without any penalty and without explaining the reasons for it within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods.
In order to do that, you will have to inform us sending an e-mail to: acquisti@ethicsport.com or calling our headquarters in Italy: (+39) 0541 607325.
You will also have to return the Products to us, within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision, in the same condition in which you received them (which does not interfere with your right to take any reasonable steps to examine the Products and make sure they conform to the order). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in their possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the Product, from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
To return the Products, you should package the parcel securely (making sure to include a note with your name and address inside the parcel) and then you should contact us to arrange the collection of the parcel.
Shipping costs for the return of goods are on us.
Once we have checked the full respect of all of the above, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be made within 14 days. Refunds will be made with bank transfer and in this case, you will have to send us your bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, BIC code) in order for us to be able to make the bank transfer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped with express couriers. Delivery times can vary from 3 to 7 days working days (from the day your order is shipped) in Europe. Please allow up to 15 days for international orders.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing the order and they will be visible before you confirm and pay your order.
