Dissolve 1 dosis (2 small scoops = 10 g) in at least 250 ml of water. The product can be taken during intense activities (intra workout), dissolved in a bottle, also associated to other supplements. The product is also suitable for post workout. The maximum dosage allowed is 5g BCAA/day, equivalent to 2 scoops.
