SPORT FRUIT® is a fruit based energy product for athletes, useful to provide energy to the body. This product contains carbohydrates with different times of assimilation, to guarantee a sustained energy supply. It also contains mineral salts (Mg, K,Ca), useful to optimize sports performances. SPORT FRUIT® is easy to chew and digest, its packaging is designed to preserve the product in optimal conditions, and can be used even in extreme conditions. This product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free), therefore is suitable also for people suffering from celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Indications
SPORT FRUIT® is recommended to provide a ready for use, long-lasting energy supply.
Instructions for use
Before sport:
We recommend consuming SPORT FRUIT 60-90 minutes prior to a training session, with a little water.
During sport:
Medium distances – Consume approximately halfway through training, with a little water.
Long distances – Consume every 1.5-2 hours of the race, with a little water.
As a snack:
Consume at mid-morning or at mid-afternoon.

..mio figlio di 10anni ha provato questo spuntino al camp di nuoto "Nesc Arena" questa estate.. e da lì si è innamorato di questo gusto.. lui non ama le barrette o le bevande gassate per cui questa è un'ottima alternativa per quando ha le gare e deve stare in piscina parecchie ore.. super consigliato..
