Recupero Extreme is suitable to help the recovery phase after intense performances. Thanks to Vitamins of B group (B1, B6, B12) and to electrolytes (Na, Ca, Mg, K), Recupero Extreme helps to reduce fatigue, and to obtain normal muscular and energy metabolism functions. Recupero Extreme contains a high dosage of B.C.A.A. and the dipeptide L-Alanil-L-Glutammine (AlaGln). This product contains Sensoril®, extracted from Withania S., which is known as an adaptogenic tonic, useful to fight physical and mental fatigue and to help psycho-physical relaxation.
Indications
The synergy of the nutrients contained in Recupero Extreme® makes this product useful in the recovery phase after very intense physical activities and it helps the body restore cellular nutrients and energy quickly.
Instructions for use
SACHET: Mix 1 sachet with about 250ml of water and take it about 15-30 min. after very intense physical activity.

Ingredients
Carbohydrate complex (sucrose, glucose, maltodextrin DE9) 71%, acidifying agents: citric acid, malic acid; L-leucine, flavourings, L-glutamine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, glutamine. Leucine-form peptides (hydrolysed whey protein, L-leucine), tit. 40% L-leucine tota-le, sodium tricitrate, L-alanyl-L-glutamine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; acid-L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Sensoril g. (Aswagandha (Whitania somnifera L. Dunal) roots and aerial parts e.s. tit. 10% withanolide), beet extract, betacarotene, pyridoxine hydroxide (Vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).
