Magnesio Moderno is an original and innovative formula that combines marine citrate magnesium (AQUAMIN) with chelated magnesium (MagChel®). Aquamin is a source of natural marine citrate magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy metabolism, and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also supports normal psychological function and normal muscle function. Finally, magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and supports electrolyte balance.
The product is gluten-free, sugar-free, and non-GMO. The formula is compatible with vegan diets.
Indications
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. Magnesium supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and regular energy metabolism, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Instructions for use

Dissolve 2.1 g (approximately 1/4 scoop) of the product in a glass of water that is not cold, preferably in the evening and away from meals. Wait for the solution to become clear.

Adults: 2.1 g (approximately 1/4 scoop), up to 2 times per day.
Teens 11-14 years: 2.1 g (approximately 1/4 scoop), once per day.
