L’edizione 2009 della mitica Roc d'Azur vede come vincitore Roel Paulissen.

L’atleta belga è riuscito, dopo la vittoria dell’anno passato, a conquistare anche per il 2009 sia la Roc Marathon che la Roc d'Azur.

Roel ha tagliato il traguardo con 27” da Leonardo Paez ed oltre un minuto su Ruben Ruzafa.
